Description:

The two lower floors of the 3 storey building make a single family house and the top floor an independent apartment. The building has a strong cubic form created by the white walls and deep recesses with shade and shadows for cooling effect. The minimalist approach to the form has been consistently maintained throughout to accentuate climatic responses. The pin-wheel plan arrangement rotating around the open circular stair provides enormous flexibility in the visual system.
